Title: Granny's Country Chili

8ozDried blackeyed peas
1lbSausage
3cnTomatoes
2cWater
1tbBlack pepper
2tbGarlic salt
2tbChili powder

Cover the blackeyed peas in water and soak overnight. Drain peas. Saute sausage meat until done. Add tomatoes, water, spices. Simmer one hour.
